Lampascioni (Wild Onions)

Flora Lampascioni are small onions, a traditional ingredient from Southern Italy. These wild onions grow only in Mediterranean areas and have a particular and delicious flavor, initially bitter and then give way to a greater roundness and delicacy, like their enveloping scent.
