2 tablespoons of Flora Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

2 tablespoons of Flora Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoon of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of Rosemary

2 tablespoons of Flora Grilled Fish Seasoning

Directions

Remove the organic salmon from the package and cut into 4 even pieces. Tear 4 pieces of aluminum foil and place the salmon pieces under each one.  Each piece of aluminum foil should be large enough to wrap around the fillet for baking.  Drizzle the Flora Extra Virgin Olive Oil over each piece of salmon and coat the piece on each side. Add 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice to the salmon along with 1/2 tablespoon of Flora Grilled Fish Seasoning to the each piece of fish and seal the foil around the fish. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 F.  Once you remove the fish from the oven, pull the fillet from the aluminum foil and plate.  Drizzle Flora Balsamic Vinegar Glaze to the top of the fillet and enjoy! Serve with grilled vegetables like asparagus or broccoli. This meal is perfectly paired with a Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.
