10 oz. jar of Flora Pesto Genovese
4 8 oz. Chicken Breasts pounded flat
Flora Seasoned Italian Panko Breadcrumbs
Flora Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered
8 oz. of Mozzarella cheese sliced into thin strips
Box of toothpicks
4 strips of bacon
Tenderize 4, 8 oz. chicken breasts flat and dry on a paper towel. Butterfly each filet. Use two tablespoons of Flora Extra Virgin Olive Oil Unfiltered and coat each chicken breast. Place each chicken breast into Flora Seasoned Italian Panko Breadcrumbs and coat the breasts. Rub 1 tablespoon of Flora Pesto Genovese inside the fillet and include each sliced piece of Mozzarella into filet. Wrap bacon around the fillets and use toothpicks to seal fillets together. Place breasts into the oven at 375 degrees on wax paper for about 40 minutes. Cut each breast into rolls and remove toothpicks.
