I think these are made with quality ingredients but I think Euroeans have a healthier view of snack cakes than Americans. We like our snacks really sweet and really stuffed. I prefer a Twinkie ora jelly donut from Dunkin to these. But if you like to pretend to eat healthier give these a try.
