My pizza never tasted so good

My order was very well packed for shipment, and it arrived quickly. My order included 12 8.12oz jars of anchovies. They look to be of good quality -- ones I'd order again -- but I'm very disappointed to see that their expiration date is October 31, 2026, which is about 8 weeks after they arrived at my door. I love anchovies, but I can't use that many in 8 weeks.
