Summer is for sun, fun and BBQ’s!
And no BBQ is complete without a delicious pasta salad.
Here we share an easy recipe sans-mayo that is healthy and delicious.
This pasta salad will sure please every one of your guests.
1 (16 oz.) package Floraâ€™s Fusilli Pasta (Twist N.34)
1 (10 oz.) Floraâ€™s Olive Bruschetta Topping
2 cucumbers, chopped
6 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped (optional)
1 (19 oz.) JarÂ Â Flora Kalamata Olives
1 cup crumbled or cubed feta cheese
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 12 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
Immediately after draining rinse pasta with cold water.
In a large bowl, toss the cooled cooked pasta with Floraâ€™s olive bruschetta topping, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.
Add the feta cheese and black olives and gently mix into the salad.
Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
