Summer is for sun, fun and BBQ’s!

And no BBQ is complete without a delicious pasta salad.

Here we share an easy recipe sans-mayo that is healthy and delicious.

This pasta salad will sure please every one of your guests.

Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) package Flora’s Fusilli Pasta (Twist N.34)
1 (10 oz.) Flora’s Olive Bruschetta Topping
2 cucumbers, chopped
6 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped (optional)
1 (19 oz.) Jar  Flora Kalamata Olives
1 cup crumbled or cubed feta cheese

Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Place pasta in the pot, cook for 8 to 12 minutes, until al dente, and drain.
Immediately after draining rinse pasta with cold water.
In a large bowl, toss the cooled cooked pasta with Flora’s olive bruschetta topping, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.
Add the feta cheese and black olives and gently mix into the salad.
Cover, and refrigerate until serving.
