Everybody recognizes gnocchi as that wonderful, fluffy potato pasta that is usually served hot with a variety of cream sauces, marinara or vodka sauces.  But what about a cold dish? Serve gnocchi cold?  That sounds crazy, but we’ve put together a wonderful cold pasta dish that takes on the ingredients of a delicious caprese salad.



  • 1 lb Flora Gluten-Free Gnocchi Potato Pasta
  • 2 cups diced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups marinated mozzarella, diced
  • 1 large handful of basil, finely diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Âľ tsp pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Flora Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 drizzle of Flora Basil Caprese Glaze
